Q-3. Introduce Sovereignty and give a comparative analysis of Western concept of Sovereignty and Islamic Concept of Sovereignty.
Q-4. Elucidate Liberty in the modern age. In your opinion what are the Safeguards of Liberty.
Q-5. Compare Presidential and Parliamentary Systems of government. Which system you propose for Pakistan.

Q-7. Discuss in detail the salient features of the American Constitution.
Q-8. Examine and discuss the significance and utility of Conventions in British Constitution.
Q-9. What is the procedure of amendment in the Constitution of U.S.A., also give the number of total amendments.
Q-10. Examine the powers and functions of “Chief Executive” in the Constitution of Pakistan.
