Brother all books avcailble in the market are equally good. I myself prepared from Jahangir Series.It proved very helpful and i scores 146 in optional.
And yes the papes(other than essay and composition) can be opted either in english or urdu.But i ll sugest you to attempt all papers, except Urdu and Islamyat english, if you want to earn good marks.
