In psychological tests, marks are not awarded solely on the basis of intelligence, rather both peronality and intelligence tests are taken in account. For instance, if a person is highly intelligent but his/her aptitude is not set for the said post, then MOD will never hesitate to reject that person.
PS: Qualifying marks for ISSB initial test are 40.
