I'm a med student...well simply speaking,
Spherical shows lens focusing power (need correction with glasses)...
Cylinder is curvature of eye,any value shows 'astigmatism=eye is not perfectly circle' but toric at a place thus not able to focus properly (need not be corrected with glasses)....
Axis (1'-180') (related to Cyl) shows where the astigmatism is present?
The Distant Vision ,corrected with glasses, of yours is 6/9 making you eligible(for PSP,Railways,All others) ...coz 6/6 to 6/24 are eligible...but below 6/24, eg 6/28, isnt eligible
Note:For PSP Army tests are used, thus you can have a medical test prior to taking test at any ASnRC
