ABL has no such department which is totally for recovery. The cases are dealt at branch level and when they cross a time limit, they are parked to legal (SAM) department of bank.

Salary in last batch was 18,000. A contract off 2 years is done and you have to meet CASA target on monthly basis. CASA= Current Account, Saving Account. If you meet the target, you are promoted as GBO in MG11 (equal to MTO).

About test pattern, I have no idea, I can ask this for you if you are interested . Place of posting would be likely to be your nearest regional office of Allied Bank (Nearest district) or may be a little far, if vacancy is not available. The responsibilities are, managing IT set up of branches under a region. The benefits are, it is permanent job, Tension, unlike normal banking is very less, You will get salary of 30,000 almost and all normal benefits of ABL staff you can get, like car loan, house loan and other bonuses other than salary .
