If you have any disease which is curable, you wont be rejected. In our batch one of the boy had TB but he had made it to the final list after GD and Interview so he was given treatment rather than a letter kicking him out of SBP.

Talent is really taken care of here at SBP. its the only credible Public Sector entity . . . Trust me you wont be disappointed after joining SBP.
