There is no rival of Islam with regards to its teachings about the status of women. Islam has defined the rights and duties of the women in all the roles and statuses that they would ever possibly occupy in this world. Ordinarily a women is in the status of a mother, wife, sister, daughter and moreover she occasionally also serves the humanity or her community in various ways.
She has well defined rights and obligations in all these statuses and role plays. For example,
the paradise is below her feet when she is a mother, she is the door to heaven for her parents being a daughter, she completes half the faith of her husband when she is a faithful and sincere wife.
