i had advised some time ago that in case the court grants relaxation to the petitioners only then other people should file a writ in the court with the plea that they should also be given relief as they have the same grievance and since all are equal before the eyes of law it is almost certain that they will also get the relief so in my opinion as soon as the court gives its verdict and its scope does not encompasses all then other people should follow the above mentioned procedure Insha Allah they will get the relief
