There are ambiguities which recur in exams especially EDS. Now for this question use common sense and for (a) because we have to explain we will choose the shorter of the two classifications i.e. KE and PE. Now for (b) he asked you to enlist not explain so we will choose the longer of the two lists because we have to just write names i.e.
