(a)Forms OR shaps of Energy:
Mechanica, Chemical, Electrical, Heat, Light, Nuclear, Solar, Magnetic, Tida, Geothermal and Hydropower energy.
Reason why I am saying the forms/shapes or energy:
According to Law of conservation of energy, "Energy can neither be created nor destried but it can only be transformed from one form to another."
There are many forms/shapes of energy in the universe Like Heat, Light and fire etc.
For instance:
1- Chemical Energy
"Energy stored in the compound is a chemical energy." This means that the energy is stored "Potentially" in the compound. i.e Potential Energy.
2- Tidal Energy
"Energy in the waves of water in motion". This means that energy is kinetic energy due to motion of water
3- Electrical Energy
"Energy possessed by electrons.". Electrons are in motion, possess K.E and its stationary state possess potential energy due to position.
(b)Types of energy: 1. Kinetic Energy(due to motion) 2. Potential Energy (due to position or configuration)
(c) Renewable Resources:Those energy sources owhich will replenish themselves naturally in a relatively short time and will therefore, always be available. Example: 1. Geothermal. 2. Solar. 3. Wind.
