Criteria is simple ! one has to get as much marks in the IQ and Academic Test as they can ! you were not selected because may be although you have cleared the test but not with that much good marks ! no more tests after this, there will be final interview, then CMB and then re interview of CMB cleared candidates ! total candidates were around 40 and that of A&SD were around 20 !
