congrats frst of all for clearing the written
very well done.
anyways for the next stage the frst step will be medical , u wont have to do anything just u ll have to be a bit liberal to grant them a few liberties ........... but it wont be bad

height , weight , eye sight , coloer blindness , night blindness will be tested among many other things.

then u ll go in psychological tests, it ll be of two days , frst day ll be written , it is simple u ll be given frst very simple arethmatic questions , no need to prepare for that , its fairly to simple , then there ll be some questions regarding ur personailty all they wanna see in u is that u are gud in working with team and u have leadership qualities and u have networks and friends that is u rnt a loner kinda person. u can judge it from the questions wont be hard.

then u ll be given some pictures and u ll be asked to make down a story , they just wanna judge ur way of thinking whether it is positive pr negative,apparently the pic might seem negative for example a boy following a gal , make a story out of it , dunn make a negative one , u can say she droped her [urse and he is going to return it etc , i think u get my point.always end the story on positive note.

so the next day comes, a group of 7 ppl ll be made , frst u ll go in group discussion , be positive in that , be courtious , be participative , dunn be over powering, dunn be rude , then their ll be role playing for example u are secretary education and other secrataries are the members this is the problem conduct a meeting about it .

all this time the panel of psychologists ll be closely watching, then there ll be individual interview with the psychlogist panel, just be urself they ll ask simple things about u , ur family , why u wanna be in service etc.

so u come to interview
acha do one thing get the questions being used before ur interview by ur friends or someone, u ll know the trend , in interview just be very confident , dunn be overwhelmed by their posts or positions, get the basics things done such as kalmas all of them , nimaaz tarjama , the whole world map , a grisp on current affairs n developments , a good knowledge abt northern areas of pakistan.
