Motivation,the soul factor in order to achieve specified goals. Motivation is an internal drive but it has connections with physical helath as well. A person who is physically active will consume less energy to motivate himself in persuasion of his goals than an idolent chap. An important way to get yourself motivated is to associate certain perks with your goals. Like, we see, people are always motivated to get some government job because for associated perks,e.g. job security,a prosperous future,etc.This incentive based way of motivation has worked for me many times. Motivation is like a contract that doesn't last long and we always have to renew it for our own betterment.
