Politicians,to me,are the real culprits because their role in the development of Pakistan is negligible. We know that this is a materialistic world. We can buy anything from money and who can know the worth of power and money better than politicians. The dilemma of our politicians is that they never tried to understand the difference between legislation and law enforcement. Legislation is what politicians are supposed to do and than let state institutions to implement those laws but unfortunately politicians tend to control state institutions as well to implement laws of their own choice and for their own betterment. This intention to overcome state institutions and unnecessary interference never allowed people of this country to live freely.
P.S. I have read that article and reputation of police and other state institutions is at stake because of these politicians.
