i am recently selected as a lecturer BPS 17 spsc ...still didnot receive offer letter..
.i am hopeful..in this eobi i will also b selected as an AD operation too InshaALLAH....
i wanna ask that AD is more better in terms of growth+pay benefits or lecturership will be beneficial ..i have no clue please guide me...
is this job of eobi is of permanent nature ?am asking because because last time 350 people (employees) were fired out.....i am in confusing state because i donot know more about EOBI growth...
