A friend of mine has passed the 2nd Level Test of EOBI.

The problem is there are two people from the same place of domicile that have same marks ( my friend and the other guy) and are on second position in the area of domicile list as per their own searching on NTS. Now, alleviating all the seats of woman quota, minorities and merit, the remainder are two seats for such place of domicile, what shall happen in such case?

According to federal govt rules, if two candidates have same marks, then older is preffered over the younger.( jis ki age ziaada hy wo pehlay ho ga merit list me......... Apni Govt seniors ko izzt deti hy.. )
