Political culture that is, in short without blaming anyone and trying to find conspiracy behind it I would say 'political culture of this country is highly charged and volatile and keeps giving trouble to governments, this is perhaps because this country has lacked ckear direction since independence'
. Now it's a natural fact that cultures evolve so let's hope it evolves for better
