Hi,

I would advise that before you opt your optional subjects in addition to your interest, simply ask yourself this; "How good of a grip do I have on this subject?"

Here is a little subject wise break up for your clarity:-

1. History of Pakistan & India (Indo Pak History) - If your primary education has been in Pakistan then chances are you have already studied most of this and once you start studying the concepts will be refreshed in your mind.

2. Public Administration - A theory based subject, which can be prepared for with the relevant books and publications.

3. Journalism - I imagine this subject would require you to have an understanding of latest trends. If you feel you have an interest in the same then go for it.

4. International Law - In addition to having a grip on law you must also be familiar with any and all International cases that came into spotlight. Perhaps your general knowledge and current affairs knowledge could be tested here.

4. Computer Science - Go over the syllabus; if you feel you have adequate knowledge pr interest then choose it.

5. Islamic History & Culture - I believe that this subject would test your ability to link accurate Islamic History with the culture of the various eras which have passed so far.

6. Geography - If you are good at drawing maps then go for it.

7. Sindhi - For this regional language, opt it only if you feel you have an expertise in it.

As far as your query about low scoring subject is concerned; I imagine that marks are provided based on your ability to produce an answer satisfactory to the examiner. In my humble opinion; whether you choose Islamic History or Pakistan India History just make sure to have a grip on it, the syllabus is just as lengthy.
