Hmmm...call? I have tried to reach Ms. Julia via email but no reply. Is there a certain time on which to email (or call) them due to difference in time zone (3hrs+PST)? And how do they convey that they have extended the deadline? Through letter or email? I mean will their word carry weightage?
Anyway about your IPC question I think there was something in the letter. Let me find and review it and I'll let you know.
