the caretaker CM Punjab is (in) justice ijaz nisar. he is the same man who got his son inducted in PCS (punjab civil service) direct in grade 18. the pcs association moved a petition against this injustice in the services tribunal but invain..... then they went to supreme court but udhar bhe apne sons ko isi tarha induct kerwane wale bethe hain...... the SC also rejected the appeal. the son is now a days in grade 20 just after 12 years of service( CSPs go in grade 20 after 17-18 years) & enjoying an imp posting in Punjab...........
the more i m learning about higher judiciary, the more i m getting frustrated....
