"Jobs shall be offered strictly in order of merit on the basis of respective quotas and the call letters shall be issued by the EOBI for further process to whom jobs are to be offered to appear before Selection Committee for further process."
It is written in BOT minutes that interview and selection committee does not carry marks with itself but the thing that disturbs me is that their is a possibility that they might be having the authority to ACCEPT or REJECT a candidate. If acceptance and rejection is subject to valid documents, police record and medical than its fine. On contrary if acceptance or rejection is subject to a panel interview than recruitment would become quite questionable !!!!
