OG-III job, start mai one month training and after that everyone is placed in branches. 2 years ka bond hota hai of 0.2 million and 6 months probation period hota hai.

starting 2 years totally operations related job hoti hai, you get to deal with day to day working of the branch. They give you monthly targets but compulsory nahi hote so uski itni tension nahi hai.

after two years they start promoting RBO's to various posts like CSOM, OM, BM and they also offer positions in corporate so its totally upto you that if you want to stay in operations or move to corporate.

Its a career building job and one would be lucky if he/she gets into a bank through this trainee based job.
