Well As per some information interviews will be held in mid of October or end of October. But this is not sure because MoD changes schedules without any reasons.

Interviews will be held in respective cities.

Interview panel consists of a President (Mod official of General Rank normally) and 6 Other Members of brigadier, Colonel Ranks and most important there will be one psychiatrist among them will be continuously looking at you.

They May Ask Questions.

1- Introduction about Yourself
2- Previous Job if you have.
3- Why you want to join MOd
4- What You know about Mod
5- Role of Mod in our country
6- Current Political Situation
7- Your political affiliation with any party?
8- Religious views?
9- Detailed introduction about your family.
10- What are you upto these days.
and so On.

After interview they will finalize candidates. and then there will be security clearance for remaining candidates. (about for 1 seat security clearance is done for 3 candidates). and for successful candidates there will be medical examination.
and finally joining in Islamabad.
