silver heart is on a distinguished road
Default kindly check my outline seniors

Free speech must have limitations
outline:
what is free speech?
1) freedom of expressing one's opinion without moral or ethical check and balance
2) unchecked freedom of criticism on any state, institution or individual
freedom of speech is expressed through:
public processions
electronic media
print media
social media
why must free speech have limitations?
it is harmful at individual, national and international level
Harmful effects at individual level:
1) constant criticism on every petty issue........source of derailment of interpersonal relations
2) cause of intolerance in the society
3) inability to solve social problems through consensus
Harmful effects at national level:
1) unbridled criticism.........cause of political unrest
examples of current political situation in Pakistan
2) unchecked revelation of facts and figures by media......gateway for terrorist activities
3) broadcasting prejudicial comments.....cause of building wrong public opinion
examples of charges against Pakistan's ISI chief as well as respectable justice
4) deterioration of national unity
Harmful effects at international level
1) source of derailment of bilateral relations......example of India and Pakistan
2) exploitation of rights of minorities......examples of Muslims in Myanmar, minorities of Hazara shia etc
3) political isolation of countries.........example of Russia facing international sanctions
4) source of economic loss
Freedom of speech....... a weapon for media to:
1) enhance the rating
2) expose internal disputes at international level
3) morally bankrupt the society
4) defame the state's institutions
Policy suggestions:
1) teachings of ethics should be made the part of international curriculum
2) moral values should be inculcated in the society
3) media should be strictly regularized
4) government policy should be formulated for check and balance
Conclusion
