Last year there was an entire re-exam in Sept. An year before (2012) result was on 4th Oct. The number of candidates are just like 2 thousand more than 2012. And the date of exam is also 2 weeks prior than 2012. Moreover, Bhgawan Das was outta country then, the result was ready in Sept, waiting for him to sign for weeks.
