HEC has taken 4 months to scrutinize the documents of applicants...and to come up with the defiencies and discrepencies in documents... An audit will follow this process...and after that final letter of scholarship will be issued and the release of funds will be made afterwrds... So no exact date can b predicted of fund transfer...
