As far as a competitive examination is concerned, one should be careful enough not to ask from fellows sitting nearby , especially the objective types, remember, it's a Competitive Examination.
It was my first attempt too, i had my phone along with me as well, but i was asked to keep necessary stationery and leave the bag on a table or out side the room which had the phone in it. i remember, we weren't allowed bags inside the rooms on the first exam.
Anyway, the point is, while preparing for the exam, i didn't just waded through the material for the sake of passing the exam, i materialized it morally, so its totally on self, whether you cheat or not, because i have observed people cheating even in a very strict, stern environment of exam. Let alone blaming CSS is not fair.
