I think anyone who has master's degree can apply for National Savings Officer. Because it is categorically mentioned that candidates must hv master's degree in Economics, Business Admin, etc. OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION FROM UNI RECOGNISED BY HEC. Although, I am not sure but that's just a hunch. If any senior going through this, pl confirm then.
