Since you've the luxury of age so you may appear in year after 2015 or so when you think you have prepared yourself up-to that standard to compete with the cream of nation. P.S don't take CSS for granted and start preparations from today and its certainly not a hard and fast rule that one should have done masters in order to become a CSP. The thing that matters is your will and when there is a will there is a way. You should be committed and prepare with full zest and zeal, work hard, enrich your knowledge and especially get proficiency over English. I don't know how much you've prepared so far but if you haven't then its wise to appear after 1 or 2 years when you'll be full fledged prepared.
