it means you only qualified in that category. NTS chose you for that only out those both categories.

Yes. i qualified that written being in service candidate but due to age problem commission did not entertain me and my other friends. Anyhow, we knocked the door of High Court Larkana and petition is pending. hope the matter may be decided in our favor.
Moreover, i have also qualified for Inspector Anti Narcotics Force and appeared in viva voce through FPSC.
