2nd thing, ztbl serious nhe hai interview k lye, agr serious hota to puray pakistan ko islamabad na bulata, ztbl ko b pta ha k kafi candidates interview pe nhe ayenge, just because of time and distance problem.. Aur jitne ziada candidates hon utne ziada chances hote han sifarish k, that's why ztbl ne itne candidates ko bulaya hai, otherwise 2, 3 din se ziada nhe hote interviews..
