Take my example; I qualified, got allocated, and did not join. What is the difference between Raz and those who could not qualify? Neither Raz nor the non-qualifiers are civil servants. By the passage of time you will understand this fact that origin and destination is same for all of us. There are ample examples where Civil Servants enjoy their lives by biding it farewell and exploring their strength in other fields.
