Dear, that's quite true. I'm also Masters in English and the topics or areas that you have mentioned earlier are thoroughly covered while doing masters in English. But, being a practical degree holder, I personally feel that one can do it in a better way if he is interested in these ones, but don't opt Masters in English.
Overall this is a well-known and worth-doing degree esp. in Pakistan. I earlier discussed according to the queries of the thread starter person. Thanks.
