Well, the last candidate who got the PMS slot (I am not dead sure about it) scored 688 (written) and 210 (Interview) and is currently serving as ETO. My interview was good but not outstanding, even some five times my response was "Sorry sir" because I was not at home in the sphere they're picking the questions from. Let me share one thing with you people that interview is a strategic game, the interviewer always try to trap the interviewee but it depends on the interviewee to manage the situation in a subtle but dignified manner and here comes the difference between a man of strong nerves and otherwise.
