I appeared against deputy secretary (subject matter experts)post in Govt College Shahra e liaqat karachi and was surprised to see that 60 MCQs i.e whole of section 1 was related to computer sciences.Though the eligibility criteria was MA(English/political science) or MBA in the advertisement.Moreover, the 10-12 topics rather subjects were not even touched upon in the screening test for section 1 with the exception of MIS subject as it is closely related to computers.
Section II was relatively closer to the suggested readings given by FPCS and comprised mostly of Pakistan affairs,constitutional development,political parties and their roles since 1947.
I wonder what necessitated FPSC to conduct such a out of syllabus MCQ based question paper?any ideas..
