Sbp only select in the bases of these marks and links/connections in sbp.They dont have any criteria of selecting except these marks and perchi (reference). All other steps are formality. If you have good marks and have approach in sbp, congratulations, you are selected. Otherwise it's just wastage of 6 months and thousands of rupees.

Its is totally unfair to say that reference or parchi system is used if you were not selected.
I have my friends who secured even 76 marks but could not got this job
It is highly competitive and depends upon your interview performance
Merit is totally fair in this organization
Moreover if you knew that reference is used then why did you apply again and gave test ?
