Some days ago you said the following statement , so it was not news, it was just your wish that a fresh petition should be filed?

So , if someone wants to be a part of this Exam , just hire an expert lawyer and file a petition as early as possible . Every one is saying this thing but as one senior member is saying & i also think that due to less number of seats under PMS candidates are not interested to fight a legal battle for that, so 95% chance are that exams will start from 17 November
