If you are tense that is not a big issue because every second person is tense now a days.. so relax. First tell your self what is your problem cause only you can deal with it. if people are making you tense talk to them. Dont bottle it up. if studies causing you tension just relax dont panic. Go for a morning walk, eat healthy food, take sound sleep, offer prayer.. dont take studies as a nightmare. And just feel that Allah Almighty is with you.
Things will go better In Sha Allah.
