The PPP government is excessively seemed to be interested in annihilation of Administrative and organizational structures of Civil Departments of Province by adopting such methodologies. If it is proved to be practised, which will cause greater frustration among not only competitive candidates but also in common masses.
It is noted with profoundest sorrowfully that the Services Experts of Sindh Government forget the rights of general public adequately enshrined in Constitution of Pakistan's article 10, 11, 42 which guarantees equal opportunities to all and treatment of government on equal basis, even that they dont get the administrative leadership of province understood about the legal complexities which are supposed to be pratised in letter and spirit.
Contrary to Punjab government and its provincial Service Commission, Sindh Government has failed completely to ensure Good Governance, Transparency, fairness, accountability of office-holders across the board, just and fair-play and deliverance of primary services at gross-roots level. It is exclusively fault of Zardari-led government.
Whereas, what to talk of Punjab Public Service Commission, which conducts PCS/PMS biannual and general recruitments of all ranks/posts of Punjab Government. Vitally to explain, that there is no any selection committees of concerned departments to conduct recuritments, it is purely the domain of PPSC. Endly, the Governance is much better in Punjab than Sindh in all respects.
