The Apex authority holder Bureaucrat has said that letters to b dispatched on 03-12-2014. He contacted the top personnel of EOBi and apprised me this day.
Inshallah we will receive letters on Thursday or up till Monday . Veracity of the news seems cent per cent as he is at the top and always given me light bearing information.
