Well dear,
it depends upon the number of candidates opting that particular subject.As far as I.law is concerned 2014 paper was toughest or rather unconventional as compared to previous one due to the following reasons:
1.Large number of candidates going for I.law
2.To restrict the candidates in future upon opting the subject
Now the above scenario suggest that in 2015 you may expect the same.

I scored 70 marks in Ilaw in 2013
and in 2014 i managed to score only 44.
So i will advice you to be ready for any kind of paper.
Concentrate on current problems such as UN and SC working procedures and problems,challenges.
