Haha please tell me the knowledge of CSS officers? How many Federal Sectaries right now actually studied subjects related to the ministries they are running? Finance is a highly technical field, does the Finance Secretary have a doctoral degree in a finance related field? I too want to become a CSP officer (2015 will be my first attempt), but the fact is that CSS is nothing more than a paper of English, History and General knowledge.
