Can i use multiple paragraphs, instead of one complete paragraph, in my INTRODUCTION?

EXAMPLE:

For Instance, topic of Essay is Disaster Management, and I have planned to include following FOUR major points in my INTRODUCTION.

1. INTRODUCTION
i. Definition
(a) Disaster
(b) Disaster Management
ii. Phases of disaster management
(a) Prevention and Preparedness
(b) Response and recovery
iii. Pakistan – so far ineffective to in disaster
iv. Disaster management at transnational level

Can i use four paragraphs while writing introduction of essay?or should i write all these four major points in one paragraph.
