Dear fellow. Thanks to inform. I've two important queries regarding this. First, What is meant by Post-graduate studies in Romania? I mean whether a Pakistani student can apply for M.Phil under post-graduate or it is just meant Masters. Can a Master Degree holder apply for M.Phil programme?
Second, under which educational subject's heading, a Pakistani holding Masters in English can apply for? I mean there is no mentioning of the Humanities in the above list. So, will he has to apply under the heading of Arts.
