Number of seats can be estimated easily by dividing total shortlisted candidates by 3. For example, in Mardan 24 candidates are shortlisted so the number of seats for district Mardan are likely to be 24/3 = 8. Although I don't know how are the female candidates shortlisted, I believe there are 2 seats minimum for each district.
