As per Supreme Court / High Court decisions, a retire employee (above 60 years) can not appoint on any govt job. Recently Prime Minister removed chairman FPSC on reaching 60 years / superannuation although his contract was remaining for three years.

Chairman SPSC agha rafiq ahmed khan is 70 years old.

This supreme court judgement came in 2011. I request you to take this matter in court.

Further the Sindh Govt recently gave ads in various newspapers about re-appointment of registrars, controller examinations and director finance of all universities of Sindh (with the condition of below 60 years) in the light of supreme court decision.
