I think now SPSC would be more controversial, because if now SPSC is going to make amendments in keys , then certainly various candidates would be failed from the candidates who are passed now and another thing some candidates would also be passed from failures. so this is a controversial and sensitive issue thus to avoid this controversy it is better for SPSC to give 10 to 12 marks to each candidate. then this problem will be resolved other wise no any other solution would be acceptable to all candidates.
