this would be the most reasonably expected pattern to award scholarship because being govt agency IPC would consider all provinces Quotas as per urban and rural as they had mentioned in the advertisement of NTS.
so guys its not necessarily all the top score holder would get scholarship only.

There are provincial level merit lists therefore no need to consider candidates of other provinces, a specific percentage of total scholarships will be awarded to each province(percentage is different for each province). As far as I know urban rural quota is only for Sindh. There is no subject wise quota, only top scorers are awarded. Nothing is mentioned in NTS advertisement in this regard.
