Though your question is very ambiguous; I believe you are referring to either the title to be given in a precise or you mean to ask about expansions. In either case I will respond from both angles and hopefully it will cater to your respective requirement.

Precise:
A title is of utmost importance as it gives the crux of your precise. Ideally it should not be a long sentence but be based on 3 to 5 words at the very most. You may get help for this by looking at Dawn's editorial section where in 'Letter to the editor' section each letter is awarded with a title of subsequent meaning. Alternatively shortcut to titles is that they can be usually derived from either the first line or the last line of the paragraph that you may be given to derive a precise from.

Expansion:
In expansion usually a maxim; a proverb or a verse from a poem is given which requires you to give your understanding on it. You may also call it a 'Mini essay'.
