By trapping people, the state retaliates against terrorists and poor are caught in between, no security to human which is basic human right

By not having schools and medical facilities, again denail of human rights

Improve Internation court of justice
Solve Issues like Palestine
State must impose its writ wholly
Politicians must ensure proper checks on interlligence agencies
